NEW CLIENT FORM

The reason we are the Zen Zoo is because we carefully control the environment and create blocks of time to get things done. When we know a guest is arriving, we prep the entire Zoo to create the quiet check-in and slow integration that makes us work! We may also be working with a guest who requires special attention, checking in multiple guests on the same day, or sending multiple guests home on the same day. Your timeliness is important! Even a 30-minute discrepancy can disrupt the vibe and create chaos. We definitely understand variances of 10-15 minutes, but anything beyond that does create an issue for our system.  We take our time commitment to our guests seriously! We ask for the same in return. 

Just like any hotel or B&B, guests need to pay upon check-in! Thank you for your understanding. 

For peak times, holidays, extended stays, or other reasons, we may request a deposit to hold your reservation. 

We prefer not to change your dog's diet!
